How much deposit must I pay?
We require a 5% deposit at the commencement of construction to start work.
When will I receive the final price of the home?
We provide a fixed cost price on your new home. This is confirmed prior to the commencement of work when your contract is signed.
How long will it take to build the home?
Our standard building time ranges between 32 - 42 weeks depending on the location.
Can I supply my own plans?
Yes, we can build to your plans provided they have been professionally created.
Are there any building covenants I must comply with?
Yes, our estates each have unique building covenants that all designs must adhere to. Please talk to our Sales Team for further information.
Can I view my new home whilst it’s being built?
Site visits can be arranged with a member of our team to ensure your safety and the safety of those working on your home.
Do you use local trades people?
Yes, we use local trades people whenever possible to build your new home.
Can I meet the builder?

How much is the First Home Owners Grant?
When building or purchasing a new home, the NSW First Home Owners Grant offers eligible first home owners a $10,000 grant*.
* For a property where you enter into a contract to build, or are an owner builder the total value cannot exceed $750,000.
* Grant amount of $10,000
* Applications must be lodged within 12 months of completion or settlement of your new home.
* Information sourced from NSW Revenue office and all questions and applications should refer to them.

Building & Buying Process
When you build a RIBA Home you get our trademark personal service and attention to detail. In the pre-construction process, we can create a concept plan that provides an indication of what your home build could look like with RIBA. When you are happy and ready to move forward we will work through the plans with our drafting department, give you the tools to select your colours and customisation as well as finalise electrical plans. We will then commence all certification work and lodge your plans for approval, meaning you do not have to manage the grunt work. Once this is complete the fun can begin - construction of your dream home!
